You asked for it! Introducing the Wolverine!! Our newest invention featuring a Dual Arch Support System! You will love the durability of this product AND the easy on, easy off access. Each bracket has two welded rods, giving you double the support with multiple access points for bungee tie down! Your purchase includes 5 sets of brackets, featuring laser cut and welded construction, and pure zinc-plated steel made in the USA.This system is super easy to set up. No tools are needed, except for a PVC cutter. You will need to provide your own PVC pipe, bungees, and electrical tape available at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, and many other hardware stores.We created this system to allow for ease of installation. Many pontoon boats now have metal sheeting that comes up to the top rail and/or have seating that is tight against the railing. With the Wolverine you can use the bungees from many different directions for a custom fit, which is ideal during the summer months. During the winter season we recommend using the bolts for each bracket, which are included, for even greater stability. The Wolverine is our most solid system to date, we know you will love it!You will need to provide your own PVC pipe and cut it to the dimension that works best for your boat model. I recommend gray electrical 3/4" schedule 40 PVC because it withstands heat better. PVC typically is less than .00 per 10' foot stick at most home improvement stores. Illustrated instructions are included, with directions for storing your boat for the winter. The Arch Support System is recommended for storage only, and is not intended to be left in the boat while in use. Please contact us if you are unsure if this is the best product for your boat. In order for your Arch Support System to work, you will need to use a new, polyester 300 Denier cover. Old or cotton covers will sag, causing pooling and eventual failure of the system.We appreciate your interest!
